Product Availability
Our vendors typically maintain 95-98% of products in stock. Orders will be
processed within 3 business days for items currently in stock. Please note that any order that is placed and the vendor has raised
the price for the item in between updates will be immediately cancelled and the customer may re-order based on the new vendor prices.
We are now pricing our items very near the actual cost from the vendor so we will not take a loss on any items as we work to pass along
great savings to each customer on every single order. Please contact us with any questions that you may have regarding this policy.
We will publish the date that we last updated the database here
(Monday, October 4, 2010).
If you are interested in an item that seems to have low quantity or is showing only 125 in stock,
please give us a call @ (813) 446-7000 and we will be happy to manually check the availability of your item(s).
Our vendors send us a report from
the warehouse with the current inventory as of the date shown above. If
an item shows less than 50 units available on hand, please give us a call to
confirm product availability. With the upcoming holiday season upon us, we
will now be updating our inventory as we receive each report, typically weekly on Thursday so the site will be update sometime on Fridays.
We will make every effort to ensure product availability
but there are times when an order will be submitted for products that have sold out.
If an item you have ordered has sold out, we will send you an email letting you know
and we will wait for further instructions (process the remaining items on the order,
order an alternative item, etc.). Since some of our items can be on back-order for
an extended amount of time, we will not take orders for out of stock items. We will
email you once the product has been received back into inventory as a courtesy to see
if you are still interested in purchasing the product. Thanks.
Weekly & Monthly Specials
For our weekly and item of the month specials, the discounts shown will be calculated in the shopping cart
as part of checkout.
Payment Options
Our preferred payment method is PayPal but if for some reason you have an issue using
the PayPal Payment System, which process payments via your bank, credit card, or PayPal
Account, you may submit your order via email and we will send you an invoice to be processed by
Google Checkout. Please note that there is a 3% handling charge for orders to cover the fees assessed by PayPal & Google.
Return Policy
Please note : You must contact us via email at
returns@orkoinc.com to obtain an RMA Number BEFORE returning any items. Items returned
without contacting us will NOT get to their intended destination.
You must NOT ship items back to our P.O. Box address located in various places on this website.
That is NOT where items are to be returned. If they are returned to our P.O. Box we will have to
charge you shipping costs for forwarding to our fulfillment center.
RETURN POLICY - If your item is damaged in any way you may return the item within 30 days of
delivery for a replacement. Please note that all orders are shipped via UPS Ground and include
insurance. If an item is damaged during shipping, we will file a case directly with UPS.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 20% restocking
fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact
us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER
30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. If you then wish us to return the item
back to you, an invoice will be generated for return shipping to you.
Please note: We do not refund shipping costs that you pay on returned items. If you need your order
sooner than the 3-6 business days with UPS Ground shipping, please select RUSH delivery
(2-3 business days). We are not responsible for items delivered in 3-6 business days if you needed them
sooner and did not select RUSH service. Please note that shipping times are from the confirmation of
order processing, normally 1-3 business days after order receipt.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is set to a flat $8.95 for UPS Ground &
$24.95 for UPS 2nd Day Air for
all orders under $29.99. Orders above $29.99 are based on UPS Real-Time Rates
by State and we offer UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air Service.
With our shipping estimator, you can determine your estimated
shipping charges (UPS Ground) prior to entering all of your address information.
When on the checkout page, simply choose your state from the drop-down
menu and then hit
'Update Totals' to determine your shipping & handling charges.
All packages have insurance included, so if any item you purchase is damaged or lost in freight, we will
either send you a replacement or issue full credit upon your request.
On occasion, we may ship small orders via the USPS to help expedite your
shipment. This determination is made by the warehouse and no
shipping charges will be refunded as the intent is to get your package
to you as quickly as possible. In the event that your order is
shipped via the USPS instead of UPS, you can expect your package to
arrive up to a full week earlier. We will notify you of the
shipping carrier when you are provided with your tracking number
information. Please note that the typical orders that are sent via
the USPS are those that are less than $30 and are of a small shipping size.

Bar Coding
OrKo Inc. is able to put a UPC label on each of the merchandise boxes but not the actual merchandise itself.
The UPC label will include the barcode. OrKo Inc. does offer "free" UPC bar coding providing the following
requirements are met:
- We have your vendor # on file.
- Order must be at least $150.00.
- Special handling instructions are appropriately noted and communicated. Again, The UPC labels are placed
on the merchandise boxes NOT the actual merchandise.

Restricted Item Sales
The following items have restrictions relating to their sale on
the Internet.
- HARLEY DAVIDSON® - ALL Harley Davidson product is expressly prohibited from online sale. This is a global
parameter and applies to ANY Harley merchant. NO Harley Davidson product may be sold online.
- LAURA ASHLEY®-All Laura Ashley product is expressly prohibited from online sale.
- VICTORIA JACKSON cosmetics-All Victoria Jackson product is expressly prohibited from online sale.
If you are looking to purchase these items, simply give us a call and we will be happy to place your order for them
as we are able to sell them, just not via the Internet. The only exception is for those items that we have listed in
our Local Delivery Category. For these items, we have these on hand at our Florida Warehouse and they may be ordered online.
